Chinese Proverb Heads by Jing Tan can be found on the Eastwood Building of Rotherham College of Arts and Technology. A digital artist who has studied at Rotherham College of Arts and Technology. Jing Tan has lived in South Yorkshire for the past four years and undertook a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at RCAT. Jing is now studying BSc Hons Creative Computing at Goldsmith University of London, one of the country's top universities for the arts and humanities.
